Delivery:
Dear Customers,
All the parcels we send come with the OPEN PARCEL CHECK option! Please, on receiving your parcel, open it in front of the courier and make sure it matches your order and has not been damaged in transit. If you have any concerns, simply return it by filling in a claim report together with the courier, and we will send you a new one.
Deliveries are carried out by the courier company Speedy only within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, to the customer's door or to a Speedy office convenient for you. We dispatch on the day of the order for orders placed by 15:00 on a weekday and by 11:00 on Saturday. The delivery time is 1–2 working days after dispatch. In the event of a delay, you will be notified promptly.
The delivery cost is as follows:
- For orders under €60, delivery costs €3.99.
- For orders of €60 or more, delivery is free!
- You can collect your order free of charge from our shop in Sofia – Nadezhda 1, block 172, shop 13 (77-79 Kiril Drangov St.), every day 10:00–20:00. Choose shop pickup at checkout.
