Delivery:
Dear Customers,
All the parcels we send come with the PARCEL INSPECTION option! Please, on receiving your parcel, open it in front of the courier and check that it matches your order and has not been damaged in transit. If you have any objections, simply return it by filling in a claim report together with the courier, and we will send you a new one.
Deliveries are carried out via the courier company Speedy only within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, to the customer's door or to a Speedy office convenient for you. The delivery time is 1 to 2 working days. In the event of a delay, you will be notified promptly.
The delivery cost is as follows:
- For orders under €60.00, the delivery cost is €3.99.
- For orders of €60.00 and above, delivery is free!
- You can collect your order free of charge from our shop in Sofia, Nadezhda district, bl. 172, shop 13.
You can pay by cash on delivery (in cash when you receive the parcel) or by card when placing your order.
