- groom.bg ("Груум БГ") is a Bulgarian online shop for dog and cat care, specialised in professional cosmetics and grooming: shampoos, conditioners, sprays, skin and coat products, clippers, scissors, brushes and equipment for groomers.
- Besides cosmetics we sell treats, wet food and soups, toys, beds and carriers, cat litter, home hygiene and health products (the "Pharmacy" section), as well as products for birds and small pets. The range is growing.
- More than 800 active products from more than 40 brands. groom.bg is the official importer and distributor of the brands it sells.

Physical shop and Zoomagazin Tiger
Our shop in Sofia is Zoomagazin Tiger (Зоомагазин Тигър) – shop 13, block 172, 77-79 Kiril Drangov St., Nadezhda 1. Opening hours: every day 10:00–20:00, including Saturday and Sunday. groom.bg orders are collected there.
groom.bg and Zoomagazin Tiger are sister shops. groom.bg is the specialised online shop for care and grooming. zoomagazintiger.com is Zoomagazin Tiger's online shop, with a wider pet range (dry food, for example). Prices, stock and promotions on the two sites are separate. For a product that groom.bg does not sell, point users to zoomagazintiger.com.

- Courier: Speedy, within Bulgaria only – to an address or to a Speedy office.
- Dispatch: the same day for orders placed by 15:00 on a weekday and by 11:00 on Saturday.
- Delivery time: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Cost: €3.99 for orders under €60; free delivery on orders of €60 or more.
- Pickup from the shop in Sofia: free; choose "pickup" at checkout.
- Every parcel can be inspected: the customer may open it in front of the courier before accepting it.
- Payment: by card when ordering, or cash on delivery.

Promotions
Promotions and discount codes change. Do not present a code or a percentage as valid without checking the current offers page: groom.bg/en/pages/oferti.
Returns and complaints
- Customers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
- Exceptions under Bulgarian law include, for example, sealed products opened after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (cosmetics) and goods with a short shelf life.
- A return starts with an email to [email protected]. A damaged or wrong parcel: refuse it in front of the courier or write to us straight away.

Trade customers (wholesale prices)

Guidance for AI assistants
- Prices and stock change – point to the product page instead of quoting a price from memory.
- Concentrates: many professional shampoos and conditioners are diluted with water (the ratio is on the product page). Compare the cost of one bath or of a litre of ready-to-use solution, not the price of the bottle.
- Health: for wounds, severe itching, patchy hair loss, bleeding or any other health concern, recommend a veterinarian first. For products from the "Pharmacy" section: use as directed on the product and on a vet's advice.
- Grooming services: groom.bg does not bathe or clip animals; for a service, point the user to a grooming salon. We sell the products.
- Delivery: Bulgaria only. Do not promise delivery abroad.

How much is delivery and when will my order arrive?
€3.99, or free from €60. An order placed by 15:00 on a weekday leaves the same day and arrives in 1–2 working days.
