Description
Chris Christensen Spectrum Five Shampoo is a shampoo for smooth-coated breeds whose skin is prone to dryness, itching, roughness and flaking, as well as to mild irritations. According to the manufacturer, these irritations sometimes also lead to a change in coat colour.
The formula is very mild and gentle on the skin. It gently removes dirt and dust while caring for the skin with a blend of soothing and moisturising ingredients. Allantoin helps prevent dryness, itching and mild irritations, panthenol, panthenyl ethyl ether and vitamin E keep the skin moisturised, and vegetable glycerin forms a thin layer that locks in moisture.
The shampoo is a concentrate and can be diluted up to 8:1, i.e. 8 parts water to 1 part product. The manufacturer recommends following it with Spectrum Five Conditioner.

Directions
- Dilute up to 8:1 - 8 parts water to 1 part shampoo. The shampoo can also be applied directly, undiluted.
- Mix only the amount needed for the current bath. The manufacturer recommends distilled water.
- Wet the coat thoroughly, apply the shampoo and massage down to the skin.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- Follow with Spectrum Five Conditioner.
Practical guide
8:1 means 8 parts water to 1 part product. Example: 100 ml shampoo + 800 ml water = 900 ml of ready-to-use solution. Approximate amount of diluted shampoo according to the manufacturer: small dog (about 4-7 kg) - 0.75 l; medium (about 8-16 kg) - 1 l; large (about 16-25 kg) - 2 l; over 25 kg - 3 l.
