The product is ready for direct use. Directions for use: Always test colourfastness on a hidden area of the surface before treatment. Blot fresh urine with a paper towel. Spray the affected area generously with Urine Off, covering the edges of the stain as well. For new stains: leave to work for a few minutes, then blot the residue with a clean cloth. For old and dried stains: spray the area, cover it with plastic film and leave it to sit overnight, to give the enzymes time to dissolve the crystals. Then remove the film and allow to dry naturally.
